They helped me a lot with my new phone. My old phone was crashed and unable to open and transfer to a new phone. So they did transfer from my iPads. I’m so happy that they got it working (new phone). I absolutely will go back if needed.

Our apartment was recently flooded from the neighbors above and unfortunately a large amount of the water poured directly on our entertainment center. Rental insurance required diagnostics on all of our electronics so we called multiple places and nobody would even touch our tv, saying that it was impossible and not worth it. R3 Electronics let us know that yes, water damage to a TV often times isn't worth diagnosing because more times than not it takes much more to repair the TV than to just purchase a new one. BUT they understood that we couldn't move forward with our claim without a professional's statement. R3 took us in immediately the same day, were quick, extremely cost efficient, and so so so kind even on a busy day. We are so incredibly thankful and lucky to have found them and will certainly be using them for all of our needs going forward! Highly recommend!!!
